If you have recently received a letter stating that your membership has been discontinued because the ASA did not receive your dues payment, please call our offices at (847) 825-5586 to pay your dues by credit card. You may also mail in your payment, but you will not have access to benefits and services until your payment is received and processed. You will be unable to pay online if your membership has lapsed. Member Services Representatives are available Monday-Friday 8 AM -6 PM Central Time. You may also send an email to email@example.com noting a time and telephone number for best contact. If you would prefer to fax your credit card payment, please complete this form and fax it to (847) 825-1692, attention Member Services.
