ASA Corporate Support Opportunities
The ASA Corporate Supporter Program is an all-encompassing program in contrast to the “one-off” or “a la carte” sponsorship programs.
There are two levels to the program:
- Industry Supporters
- Annual Meeting/Conference Supporters
The Industry Supporter level encompasses the year-round activities and initiatives of the entire Society and its members. This is a multi-year agreement, designed to allow organizations year-round visibility and recognition with ASA members.
The Annual Meeting/Conference Supporter level encompasses the ASA annual meeting or the conference on practice management as a whole. This level includes a defined recognition package that enhance the participating organization’s presence for a three-month period around the ASA annual meeting and/or the ASA conference on practice management.

Industry Supporter Package: Limited to 12 Companies
The ASA Industry Supporter package is the highest level package available to pharmaceutical, medical device and practice management companies and anesthesia information management system (AIMS) providers. It offers a year-round affiliation with ASA, on-site shared supporter recognition at the annual meeting and conference on practice management, recognition in ASA publications and collateral materials, visibility on ASA website, access to ASA members through member e-newsletter communications, insert opportunities and invitations to major networking events.
Becoming an ASA Industry Supporter is an ideal way to demonstrate your company’s commitment to the specialty while receiving recognition and visibility with the broadest range of anesthesiologists. Whether you are looking to boost your company’s profile in anesthesiology, showcase your support, or network with thought leaders, becoming an ASA Industry Supporter is your gateway to the specialty.
The ASA Industry Supporter is a multi-year agreement and the investment to participate at this level is $120,000 per year.

Annual Meeting Supporter and Conference Supporter Packages
ASA Annual Meeting Supporter: Limited to 10 Companies
The ASA Annual Meeting Supporter package is in connection with ASA’s annual meeting – the largest anesthesiology meeting conducted in North America. The ASA annual meeting is the premier educational and training event for anesthesiologists, with more than 700 sessions in ten clinical tracks.
With the number of exhibitors at the annual meeting growing each year, it becomes increasingly important to set your company apart from the other 325 companies on the Exhibit floor. ASA has carefully designed our ASA Annual Meeting Supporter package to enhance your company’s presence not only during the annual meeting, but before and afterward as well. The ASA Annual Meeting Supporter offers a three-month recognition and visibility window including on-site shared supporter signage recognition, recognition in meeting collateral materials, visibility on the ASA meeting website, and insert opportunities.
The investment to participate as an ASA Annual Meeting Supporter is $25,000.

ASA Conference Supporter: Limited to 5 Companies
The ASA Conference Supporter package is in connection with ASA’s conference on practice management – a yearly meeting focused on updating anesthesiologists and practice managers on timely topics such as new government regulations or policies, tools to benchmark performance, trends in the workforce, and the latest payer challenges for anesthesia practice. This unique meeting is devoted exclusively to a highly specialized audience of anesthesiologists and practice managers who come to learn about the latest products and practices in an ever-changing field. This conference often sells out.
Becoming a Conference Supporter is an ideal way to reach your target market. ASA has designed our Conference Supporter package to showcase your company’s support and spotlight your presence not only during the conference on practice management, but before and afterward as well. The ASA Conference Supporter offers a three-month recognition and visibility window including on-site shared supporter signage recognition, recognition in meeting collateral materials, visibility on the ASA meeting website, and insert opportunities.
The investment to participate as an ASA Conference Supporter is $10,000.
