The "Reporting Once” tool for 2014 Medicare Quality Reporting Programs can be found on the PQRS website. Members can learn whether they will be incentive eligible for PQRS in 2014, avoid the 2016 PQRS payment adjustment, and satisfy the clinical quality measure component of the Medicare EHR Incentive Program. On May 16, it was announced that Robert Petzel, the VA's undersecretary for health, resigned amid investigations into several veterans’ deaths in Arizona and allegations of ‘waiting lists’ for health care. Anesthesiology study highlights new tool to prevent deadly respiratory failure
