Governance meetings for October in San Antonio, Texas will be posted here when available in summer 2025.

- All current and future committee and editorial board members are welcome (but not required) to attend meetings during the annual meeting.
- Committees and editorial boards are welcome to plan their own conference calls if preferred or unable to meet in person. Please contact your staff liaison if assistance is needed to set up a call.
- Meeting venues and transportation:
- Convention center: Henry B. González Convention Center (900 E Market St.)
- ASA Governance hotel: Marriott San Antonio Rivercenter on the River Walk (101 Bowie St.).
- NOTE: There is another Marriott property nearby, the San Antonio Marriott Riverwalk (889 E Market St.)
- Please double-check and use the full name of the hotel when scheduling and communicating activities.
- Shuttle transportation will not be provided this year as San Antonio is very walkable, and our hotel block is conveniently centralized near the main venues.
