NACOR - Steps to Join

Join NACOR and move toward meaningful quality improvement.

Start your journey by following these eight essential steps to track and report quality data effectively.

 

Step1 championStep 1: Identify Your Champion
Select a champion Physician Anesthesiologist, Director of Quality, and/or Practice Administrator to oversee data reporting.


Step 2 contact aqiStep 2: Discuss Benefits & Pricing
Review NACOR benefits by participation tier, and contact AQI to discuss pricing, data submission methods, and any open questions.


 

Step 3 registerStep 3: Register
Connect with AQI staff and complete a NACOR registration form for selected participation tier.


 

Step 4 review dataStep 4: Review Data Requirements
Access submission resources including: NACOR minimum data elements, XML format requirements, and quality measure specifications (MIPS, QCDR, Improvement Activities, etc.).


 

Step 5 agreementStep 5: Execute Agreements
Finalize participation tier and pricing with AQI and complete the appropriate AQI Participation Agreements.


 

Step 6 onboardingStep 6: Onboarding & Invoicing
AQI will provide onboarding support and resources as well as an invoice for the practice.


 

Step 7 submit your dataStep 7: Submit Data
Test file submission with the NACOR Data File Validation Tool, and once successful, submit data to NACOR monthly (recommended).


 

Step 8 access your dashboardStep 8: Access Data
View your data and national benchmarks via NACOR Dashboards, and use data for MIPS reporting, research, quality improvement, negotiations, etc.
