ASA member writes on how coaching can maximize physician potential on KevinMD.com
In the article, published during National Physicians Week, Asha Padmanabhan, M.D., FASA, a member of ASA’s Committee on Communications, discussed how physician coaching can aid in conflict resolution, enhance health care leadership, and build stronger teams. “They [physicians] would be better prepared to navigate the challenges of the changing health care landscape. Our hospitals would have a more positive work environment and we would be able to deliver better patient care,” she wrote.
