Created as the result of member input, the ASA Leadership Academy will show you how to:

• Develop Positive Core Values: Shape your daily behavior choices to achieve influential leadership.
• Establish Purpose and Mission: Create a working purpose and mission statement with an intentional mindset of accountability.
• Master Critical Thinking: Identify and comprehend the key competencies for effective critical thinking.
