Mentorship journey

Enroll: Complete your mentor or mentee profile (5 minutes)

Profiles include start and end dates for availability
Mentors may specify maximum number of mentees they are willing to take on

Search: Mentee selects search options from available demographics (e.g., area of expertise, career stage, etc.)

These demographics mirror those for both mentor and mentee profiles

Match: Mentee sends mentorship request. If the request is accepted, set up a discovery call (45-60 minutes)
Mentor: If it’s a good fit, agree to terms of mentorship (e.g., time commitment is set by the mentor)
Evaluate: Complete an evaluation of your experience (as a mentor or mentee) at the mid-point and the end of your mentoring relationship

As a mentor, you’ll be matched with a mentee through an online matching tool that aims to provide an “on-demand” mentoring relationship supported by resource materials and standardized check-ins to keep you and your mentee accountable.
