When you enroll in the SafeHaven program, well-being resources are completely confidential and available for you and your family members:

  • 6 hours of counseling, per unique incident and in-the-moment support – talk with someone who understands your unique role, responsibilities, and experiences, or use sessions to get parenting advise or family counseling  
  • 6 hours of peer coaching, per unique incident – choose from a panel of coaches for your confidential sessions to discuss work-life balance, change and stress management, setting limits and boundaries, grief loss and support, and more
  • Leadership development – hone your skills and gain insightful perspective and advice for personal and professional growth 
  • Financial resources – unlimited, confidential phone consultations for budgeting, debt management, identity theft, and more
  • Legal resources – get 30-minutes of consultation for legal issues about property and contracts, personal injury, and family issues
  • Time-saving virtual WorkLife Concierge – your personal assistant for everyday responsibilities such as meal-prep delivery services, errands, scheduling household projects to life’s larger tasks like relocation services, finding child or elder care services, and making travel plans
  • Digital resources – access the VITAL WorkLife app to evaluate your well-being with recommendations based on the Well-Being Index (WBI), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS)
