CMS Releases 2022 Merit-based Incentive Payment System Final Score Preview

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have opened their Final Score Preview period for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). This period allows authorized individuals from participating groups to preview their scores before final performance feedback and payment adjustments are released in August 2023.

ASA recommends that authorized participating members preview their scores by signing into the Quality Payment Program (QPP) website. With any questions or concerns, MIPS participants can contact CMS’ QPP Service Center at (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET) at 1-866-288-8292 or by e-mail at: [email protected].
