If you are utilizing this QI activity for MIPS Improvement Activity (IA_PSPA_28), reporting requires 90 consecutive days within the same calendar year. If participating in MIPS group reporting, at least 50% of individual clinicians for your group must purchase and participate in this activity. After completing this activity, the learner will be able to:

  • Define quality improvement in your practice setting.
  • Identify data sources for quality improvement in their practice.
  • Discern the nuance of clinical care gaps and workflow redesign (systems of care) gaps.
  • Implement a quality improvement intervention.
  • Evaluate results of your quality improvement intervention.
