  • Understand the unique elements of the MRI environment and consider their impacts on anesthetic management.
  • Explain the changes in anesthesia equipment that occur to ensure MRI compatibility.
  • Evaluate the challenges of delivering anesthesia in a remote area (NORA).
  • Develop and demonstrate the necessary technical and behavioral skills to manage a crisis event in an MRI environment.
This activity is intended for anesthesiologists, anesthesiology residents, and members of the anesthesia care team.
