ASA and physician groups’ lawsuit over No Surprises Act featured on HealthLeaders, Healio.com
HealthLeaders and Healio.com detailed the lawsuit filed by ASA, the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the American College of Radiology regarding the interim final rule (IFR) in the No Surprises Act. The plaintiffs argue that the IFR "creates a system that empowers profit-seeking insurance companies to strong-arm local community physician practices, narrow their provider networks and reduce access to care."
