The ASA-ACS Joint Simulation Summit on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Swissotel Chicago, will feature quality improvement projects completed by members of the ASA Simulation Education Network (SEN) and the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Accredited Education Institutes. Since its inception, the ASA SEN has fostered simulation-based quality improvement for anesthesiologists. For the last several years, ASA has partnered with ACS to promote perioperative quality improvement aligned with institutional quality measures.
On Saturday, March 22, the ASA group will move to ASA Headquarters in Schaumburg for a full-day meeting featuring a spectrum of panels, workshops, abstracts, and snap talks. Join colleagues from the ASA Simulation Education Network and beyond to examine how other top-quality simulation educators advance simulation through novel faculty development, care team training, interprofessional education, and new technologies, and bring your takeaways back to your center. Help shape the future of anesthesiology simulation as we discuss further expansion of SEN’s mission. Individuals interested in joining the conversation are encouraged to attend; affiliation with a SEN program is not required.
For 2025, we are offering two registration options:
1) Full registration, including both the Friday afternoon Joint Simulation Summit with ACS and the Saturday ASA Simulation Education Network Summit
2) Saturday only: the ASA Simulation Education Network Summit at ASAHQ
