American Society of Anesthesiologists Named a National Best and Brightest Company to Work For® Second Year in a Row

CHICAGO – The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) announced that for a second year, it has been named a winner in the 2018 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation. The honor identifies companies that deliver exceptional human resource practices and an impressive commitment to their employees.

The Best and Brightest Program honored 512 national winning organizations from across the country, out of 2,400 nominations. Winners will be recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at the National Best and Brightest Summit – Illuminate 2019 symposium and awards gala this fall in Chicago.

The Best and Brightest team looked at the 2018 national winners’ statistical scores and compared them to national average scores of other nationally recognized winners and applicants from 2017. The Best and Brightest national winners raised the bar and scored above the benchmark this year in the following categories: Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Recruitment, Selection, and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; and Work-Life Balance.
