ASA members interested in health care policy issues at the federal government level are encouraged to apply for the Lansdale Public Policy Fellowship. The fellowship is a non-clinical position that will work in an appropriate health care policy position with a Member of Congress or in an Executive Branch office for one year. The next Fellowship cycle will run from September 2012 through September 2013. Applications must be postmarked by January 31, 2012.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
The one-year program is supported by a stipend from the ASA in the amount of $80,000. Fellows can expect to provide full time service in this position working as participants in the policy process and have many opportunities to participate in educational programs on the Hill.
