Thomas R. Miller, Ph.D., M.B.A., Director of Analytics and Research Services
Dr. Miller joined ASA as the director of Health Policy Research in August 2012. Previously, he was the E. Rhodes and Leona B. Carpenter Centennial Endowed Chair in Regional Health Services in the Department of Family Medicine at Scott & White Healthcare and the Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. In 2007, he received his Ph.D. in Health Services and Policy from the University of Iowa's College of Public Health. Prior to receiving his Ph.D., Dr. Miller served as vice president in a national health care management consulting firm with more than 25 years of industry experience.

Madhulika Agarkar, M.P.H., Methodologist
Madhulika joined ASA as a methodologist in February 2014. She had most recently worked for GE Patient Safety Organization as director of analytics and earlier with the IL Medicaid QIO as research manager. She has 20 years for health care analytics and research experience. She received her Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma.
Jennifer Rock-Klotz, M.B.A., Health Policy Analyst
Jennifer joined ASA as the health policy research analyst in October 2015. She had previously worked for H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, conducting research and analysis on particular B-cell malignancies and coordinating the Malignant Hematology's bio-banking program. She received her Master's in Business Administration from Florida International University, with a concentration in Health care Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of South Florida.
